You should receive a returns policy in your order. If you didn't or have misplaced please send us an email
We have a 21 day return policy from the order date. No returns are able be accepted after this time. Proof of purchase must be able to be provided for issue of a store credit or the exchange of an item.
The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees and must include a pre-paid post satchel if wishing to exchange an item. You will be invoiced for the postage cost if you do not include a pre-paid satchel for exchange items. This may delay the process of your return. 
Please ensure you send your return goods to us via a traceable means of postage.
Goods must be in the same condition you received them in they are not to be washed, have makeup marks on them or scented with perfume or deodorant.
